Well where do i start i started using Nivea body wash to see if the scent was as good as other reviewers have stated. I applied a small amount at first ( as everyone should do to make sure you don’t get  a rash) after getting the all clear form my body i started using it regularly. Within 3 weeks i noticed a huge difference on my skin after i got out of the shower. It was actually smooth and didn’t feel water damaged like most other body washes. the scent was amazing and stuck with me for a few hours which was very surprising. The Nivea Silky slimmer  comes in a 6.8 oz., shatterproof plastic bottle with a flip-top cap. The Lotion is actually quite thick and is  not runny like a lot of other body lotions . The smell of the lotion is amaaazing and their is a soft, pale gold color with some shimmer You can’t feel pieces of shimmer in the lotion; they are too fine to be felt.

I think its a good idea to include ingredients on every item so here is what nivea says is in the lotion:
Triple purified water, glycerin, octyldodecanol, glyceryl stearate SE, mineral oil, petrolatum, SD alcohol 40-B, dimethicone, titanium dioxide, stearic acid, cyclopentasiloxane, mics, dicaprylyl ether, myristyl alcohol, cyclohexasiloxane, fragrance, carbomer, sodium hydroxide, methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, iron oxides.

All i could think of before using this lotion was please dont turn me into a gold statue , like the ones you see acting on the street corners. needless to say my first coat was a very light one. the lotion absorbs quickly and has almost no greasy residue which is great

You can see the gold shimmering when you apply the lotion but its not very bright. the more lotion you put on the brighter  it gets so you can definitely see the change and it allows you to create you own custom shimmer. One reccomendation i have is to wash your hands after application. The shimmering will defneintely be alot more visible on your hands then anywhere else.

Enough about the shimmering though the motiurizer is great and leaves my skin feeling refreshed. it lasts all day and i really dont have any negatives about this product. i guess if your not a fan of gold sparkles on your skin i wouldn”t recommend this product but i love it. 9 out of 10
